- Agents are the sales interface of the Telfree service and act as representatives to their customers
- Agents work with the Telfree web-based business client management interface to manage, monitor and activate new and existing customers and phone lines
- Agents receive daily commissions (a % of the total Telfree call margin)
- Agents receive monthly commissions on phone line service fees
Agent Roles and Responsibilities
1. Setup
- The agent must manage the distribution and allocation of the assigned Telfree 087 numbers
- Pass the activations to Telfree for the subscriber
- Facilitate or implement any hardware installations that need to be done (e.g. the distribution for preconfigured routers)
2. OngoingAdministration
- The agent must consistently keep a working relationship with clients
- Agents are responsible for assisting customers in pro-actively managing their phone bills
- The agent receives airtime payments and allocates it to their customer accounts
